Refund and Cancellation Policy

Plans and event packs are one-time purchases

A plan or an event pack is a single payment that covers 12 months from the day you pay. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When a plan ends, you can buy again if you want to.

Buying a new plan replaces your current plan from the day you pay, and events left on the plan it replaces do not carry over. Event packs are not affected by a plan change.

Refunds within 14 days

If you ask within 14 days of a purchase, we refund the value you have not used. Each auction event you have already used is valued at $79 (or ₹2,499 if you paid in rupees), and the rest is refunded.

Example: you buy Starter for $950 (12 events), run 3 auctions, and ask for a refund on day 10. The refund is $950 − 3 × $79 = $713.

This applies the same way to plans and to event packs.

No refunds after 14 days

After 14 days from purchase, payments are not refundable.

Events you don't use before your plan or pack ends are not refundable either. They expire with it.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans are invoiced directly, not through card checkout. Refunds for Enterprise follow the terms of your contract.

How to ask

Email contact@sourcinghq.ai from the address on your account, saying what you bought and when.

Our payment provider

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, and Dodo Payments may decide refund requests under its own policies.
